Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. This is a new venture for me having worked for companies & charities across Surrey, Hampshire, London and the south. Perhaps most notably, I have spent twenty five years working in the media industry, most recently as Managing Director of Eagle Radio. As a company director, I understand the need for constant business development and the importance of creating a strong workplace culture. At UKRD, Eagle Radio`s parent company, we received Industry and nationally recognised accolades for our values-based approach to business and in particular our staff welfare and team development initiatives. Indeed we were crowned as winners of the Sunday Times `Best Companies to work for’ on no less than four consecutive occasions.
Having worked with many independent and local businesses, I genuinely understand the challenges that organisations face, especially in the exceptionally challenging world we currently face. As a coach and mentor to many business owners I have encountered just about every work challenge and I hope to share that experience along with creative and sometimes unconventional solutions. I work with businesses, schools, charities and local councils.
